The process began with the creation of the concept, synthesizing the desired aesthetic and style for the entire property. This step allowed to define clear guidelines for the choice of furniture, colors and materials, while integrating bespoke design elements, in order to guarantee a coherent enhancement for each room.
For this home staging project for a high-end property for sale, Scilla Architectural Design developed a global concept aimed at maximizing the property's appeal on the market. In collaboration with prestigious brands such as Ligne Roset, Vincent Mazenauer, and Treca, the project was designed to enhance each space of the atypical property by accentuating its potential.
In partnership with the Kretz sales agency, known worldwide thanks to the Netflix series “The Adjustment Bureau”, Scilla AD developed a presentation strategy aimed at capturing the interest of potential buyers from the first visit. The goal was to create an atmosphere that was both welcoming and warm, while allowing future buyers to easily project themselves into the space.
Logistics was also a key aspect of the project. Scilla AD ensured the complete management of the deliveries and installation of the furniture, ensuring that each element arrived on time and was optimally placed to create an immediate visual impact.
This project demonstrates Scilla AD's ability to manage a high-end home staging project with rigor and aesthetic sense, collaborating with partners and prestigious brands to offer an exceptional enhancement of the property on the real estate market.
